Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

  • Pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library necessary for creating and uploading social media content

We only collect media content that you explicitly upload or create within our application for the purpose of social media management.

The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device. You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

AI Processing of Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence technology to help create and optimize social media content. When you use our AI features:

  • We process your inputs, preferences, and previously posted content to generate content recommendations
  • Content created through our AI tools is processed and stored on our secure servers only for the purpose of providing our Service
  • We do not use your data or generated content to train our AI models
  • AI-generated content is retained according to our standard data retention practices and can be deleted at your request

Our AI processing is designed to help your business create effective social media content while maintaining the privacy and security of your information.

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content created, generated, or published through our Service, including:

  • Text, images, and other media uploaded to our platform
  • Content generated using our AI tools
  • Posts scheduled or published to social media platforms

By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit this content solely for the purpose of providing our Service functionality. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not use it for purposes other than delivering the Service you've requested.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

Business Customer Information

As our Service is primarily designed for businesses, we collect and process information specifically related to business usage:

  • Organization Information: Business name, industry, size, and other relevant business information
  • User Management: Information about admin accounts and user roles within your organization
  • Business Relationships: Information about your business's social media accounts and channels

For business accounts with multiple users, the account administrator has control over user access and permissions within the account. Administrators may have access to information about account activity, content creation, and social media performance. The designated account administrator is responsible for ensuring all users are aware of and comply with this Privacy Policy.


If you're using our Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to this Privacy Policy, and your agreement to these terms will be treated as the agreement of the business.

Social Media Platform Interactions

As a social media management tool, our Service connects to third-party social media platforms through their APIs. When you connect your social media accounts:

  • We request specific permissions necessary to post content, schedule posts, and analyze performance on your behalf
  • We access only the information required to provide our Service (such as account information, post metrics, and engagement data)
  • We follow each platform's terms of service and API usage guidelines
  • You can revoke our access to your social media accounts at any time through our Service or directly through the social media platform

We do not sell or share your social media credentials or account information with other third parties except as necessary to provide our Service.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
